This was easily the best service I have received in London
This was easily the best service I have received in London. I had a problem with my boiler and Ash stayed on FaceTime with me for about 30 minutes trying to figure out the problem and I managed to solve it without a visit and any extra costs. This was also on a Sunday which I very much appreciated. It was very easy and efficient and I will only be using them moving forward.

The service provided was incredible
The service provided was incredible. I had heard about them from an acquaintance some time prior, so when I encountered an issue with my water temperature I called them immediately. We were able to schedule their intervention with no problems, and they were very punctual. My issue was resolved fast and efficiently, everything works even better than before ! The plumber was also very friendly. 10/10, would definitely call them again.

Washer dryer was full of water and sink was not draining properly. I called at 8.30am. At 1030am Chris arrived and by noon the job was done perfectly. Ash called to collect payment over the phone and invoice was sent to my email. Fast, profess, courteous and reasonably priced. Highly recommended.

Our boiler stopped working one evening in Feb which meant no hot water or heating... Turns out that it was installed in a very inexperienced / nonsensical way leading to several problems ... Ash was thankfully able to fix it, which involved a lot of calls to both the manufacturers and installation company - he even knocked off some of the price because of how long the calls / confusion added to the job. Couldn't appreciate it more
