At 1030am Chris arrived and by noon the job was done perfectly. Ash called to collect payment over the phone and invoice was sent to my email. Fast, profess, courteous and reasonably priced. Turns out that it was installed in a very inexperienced / nonsensical way leading to several problems ... Ash was thankfully able to fix it, which involved a lot of calls to both the manufacturers and installation company - he even knocked off some of the price because of how long the calls / confusion added to the job.
